The flower arrangement that was delivered to celebrate the birth of our grandson was beautifully crafted with lovely fresh flowers. I placed my order electronically through the web page which caused a one day delay in delivery as they did not see the order until I called to enquire. In future I would either place the order by phone or call to confirm an electronic order. My delivery fee was refunded. Overall very pleased with the service and the arrangement.
